MCP Project Management offers and provides expert knowledge in Estimating, Planning, Cost Controls, and Scheduling/Tracking your Project or Maintenance Turnaround representing you, the Owner.  With many years of Industrial Construction experience, MCP professionals bring a wide range of disciplines to each project, truly “turn-key”, with backgrounds in engineering, estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, and management. We utilize Primavera P6 Project Management Software for our Planning and Scheduling database, as well as fully expanded use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
